Our luxury fleet includes:

4. Do you provide service outside of Barcelona?

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments. Cash payments may also be arranged upon request.

8. Is gratuity included in the price?

No, gratuity is not included, but tipping is appreciated at your discretion.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance – Full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours – 50% charge applies.

  • Cancellations within 4 hours or no-shows – Full charge applies.

10. Can I make last-minute changes to my booking?

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes. Please contact us as soon as possible to modify your booking.

 

11. Do you provide airport transfers in Barcelona?

Yes, we offer private transfers from Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN). Your chauffeur will meet you at the arrivals hall with a personalized sign and assist with your luggage.

12. Do you provide transport for events?

Yes, we offer chauffeur services for events such as:
